Have you visited your doctor this year for your doctor this year for your annual wellness exam?
Vets Pets will provide a financial incentive towards your health insurance costs in the 2025 plan year for employees who satisfy the program requirements by August 31st! All you have to do is follow these 2 steps:
- Complete your Health Risk Assessment online via the Healthgram member portal here.
- Complete one of the following: Annual Physical, Well-Woman Exam, Preventive Mammogram, Cervical Cancer Screening, or Preventive Colonoscopy. If you have already completed one of these services from September 1, 2023, to now, then you have satisfied the requirement.
