New doctors undergo a interview process for selection in their preferred general practice. Once hired, our experienced doctors will provide mentorship and help you gain the experience to feel confident with your skills and treatment planning. 

The mentorship experience involves both one-on-one and group interactions with experienced doctors, offering personalized guidance and support. We focus on specific areas of interest to cater to individual learning goals and preferences. The program aims to ease the transition into new roles, helping to build confidence and independence in your new field.

A base salary will be provided along with a full benefits package. After four to six months, the right candidate will have the option to work independently for a production bonus while continuing to have structured mentorship and even surgical backup.
