We’re excited to roll out Paylocity! Below, you’ll find the clock-in date and registration details.
Note: Information in Paylocity is actively updating during implementation. Benefits and PTO balances will be accurate by the end of the first pay period. Please continue to monitor your email for updates.
• First Clock-In Date: Please begin clocking in with Paylocity on Sunday, March 9. We are working with CPU to remove the ProLiant links from our existing computers. Each hospital will have computers with designed clocking links for easy access.
• Registration Steps: This afternoon, you will receive an email with a one-time passcode to register and log into Paylocity. You can use the invitation code and follow the registration steps below to log in.
Your Paylocity User Account will be your hub for accessing and reviewing your personal information, tax setup, direct deposit setup, viewing pay stubs, and collecting your time worked.
Registering for Your Paylocity Account
On Mobile Phone:
You can register directly on your mobile phone. Click the hyperlink in the Paylocity Email. Your phone’s mobile browser will open, and then follow the on-screen prompts to continue.
On Computer:
You can register from a desktop computer by clicking the Paylocity Email invitation link. Alternatively, you can register your User Account from your computer by going to https://access.paylocity.com and then clicking on the “Register New User” link at the bottom of the page.
Select the “I have a Registration Passcode” button and enter the one-time passcode that is contained in the Paylocity Email you received.
Follow the on-screen prompts to verify your identity and then create a unique Username and Password for your account. Log into your new User Account.
If you do not receive or accidentally delete your code, you can follow the same steps and select “I do not have a Registration Passcode” and follow the prompts to validate your account using your personal information and company ID. Please see the attached master list for the ID associated with your home location.
Once you have created your Username, Password, and set your Security Questions/Answers, you will be redirected back to the Login Page. You can enter your credentials on your computer or open the Paylocity App and log in from there.
Make sure you download the Paylocity Mobile App! Search for “Paylocity” in the App Store or Google Play Store to download the official Paylocity App or click the links.
