Open Enrollment for 2026 Benefits
Our Annual Open Enrollment period for 2026 Medical and Ancillary Benefits has begun and will continue through November 24, 2025.This is your once-a-year opportunity to review, select, or change your benefits for the upcoming year. At Vets Pets, we’re committed to ensuring our team has access to competitive, high-quality benefits to support your health, wellness, and peace of mind. We have attached updated 2026 benefit guides for our veterinarians and support staff. Reminder that our Plan Member Advocate is now Nurse Kim Foland, RN, BSN. Nurse Kim’s contact information is listed in the Benefits Guide.

Highlights for 2026
We’ve made the following updates to our benefits for this year:
- Spring Health

- Comprehensive Mental Health solution + EAP! Spring Health will be offered to ALL employees (Full time and Part Time) and their household family members.
- Provides personalized, convenient mental health care and resources to support you and your family.
- Access to a Care Navigator and 6 free therapy + 6 free coaching sessions per year.

- Employee Costs

- Medical & Dental cost per pay period remains the same.
- All other plan costs remain unchanged. (unless you’ve experienced earnings change or moved to a new age band over the last year)
- Payroll frequency changed from semi-monthly to bi-weekly.
- Wellness Program

- Congratulations to those who completed your wellness initiatives during the 2025 Program year! Wellness premium incentive on 2026 Premiums is $650!
- ADDING : Spouse/Domestic Partner Participation – spouse/domestic partner to complete preventive care if participating on health plan with you. Rates are set based on “Wellness” or “Non-Wellness” based on completion.
- No more HRA (health risk assessment) required!
- New Pharmacy Benefit Manager – Express Scripts

- Rx coverage moving from Liviniti to Express Scripts
- Managed by RxBenefits (Pharmacy coalition offering best in class discounts & service)
- Script Sourcing remains available for additional savings on specialty Rx
- Paylocity for Benefits Enrollments

- Open Enrollment with be completed through Paylocity. Just log in to the portal and follow the instructions to complete your open enrollment! (See attached instructions)
- New Hires and employees with QLE (Qualifying Life Events) will use the Paylocity portal beginning in November 2025 to enroll or make changes.
Our HR team will hold three virtual sessions, which you can join to discuss your options and receive assistance. Links for the sessions will be sent out shortly. Dates and times are listed below:
- November 10, at 1:00 p.m.
- November 13, at 9:00 a.m.
- November 20, at 12:00 p.m.
Enrollment is easy and convenient. All eligible employees must complete the enrollment process, whether you are confirming your current benefits, changing your benefits, or waiving coverage.
