This event is the perfect opportunity to come together as the Vets Pets family and enjoy everything Wendell offers. From fun games for all ages to delicious food from local restaurants, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Kids and adults alike can participate, with plenty of prizes to be won! Whether you’re a long-time Vets Pets family member or new to our community, this is your chance to connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories together.

Event Parking
For your convenience, we have secured multiple parking locations around Wendell Social District.
When you check in at the Vets Pets Home Base, you will be presented with event tickets to enjoy during Vets Pets Day. Each attendee will receive:

- 41 North Coffee Co. (1) – Full service coffee shop with salads, paninis, and sandwiches.
- Bravos Pizzeria (4) – New York style pizzas, pasta, calzones, wraps, and salads.
- Everest Kitchen (5) – Indulge in taste travel with Thai, Indian, and Chinese food.
- Twisted Cow Bar & Burgers (6) – This gastropub is a great stop for burgers, sandwiches, and salads.
Drinks (Boozy Beverages)

FAQs
What is Vets Pets Day?
Vets Pets Day is a fun-filled event for our team members and their families, designed to celebrate our community with activities, food, and entertainment. It’s a great opportunity to connect with colleagues and enjoy a day of relaxation.
Who can attend?
All Vets Pets team members are welcome to bring immediate family (even pups) or a plus-one attendee. Each attendee and guest must check in at the check-in table. Guests will need to provide the name of the employee who invited them to complete the check-in process.
Is Vets Pets Day a private event?
Yes, Vets Pets Day is a private event; however, we have not reserved the entire town of Wendell. Anyone attending the event will be identified by a bracelet, but please be mindful that other residents may also be enjoying the downtown space. We kindly ask all attendees to be respectful of others in the area.
Where can I park?
Parking is available in two locations, one of which is a bit farther from Home Base. We will have volunteers on-site to help direct you to parking and guide you to the event area.
How do I check in at the event?
Upon arrival, visit one of the check-in tables in front of The Brickeview Events (37 N Main Street, Wendell, NC). Volunteers will find your name, confirm how many guests you brought, and provide you with a bag containing tickets for food, drinks, and activities, along with a wristband for attendees in your group.
How does the Vets Pets Day ticket system work?
Each attendee will receive tickets for meals, drinks, desserts, and activities at check-in. Tickets are needed for certain areas, but many events are free to participate in. Keep your tickets handy throughout the day!
What activities are available?
We have a variety of fun activities planned, including outdoor games, duckpin bowling at Tap It Social House, arcade-style video games, and other entertainment activities. If you are interested in duckpin bowling, after checking in, simply show your Vets Pets wristband at Tap It Social House to sign up for a bowling spot. You can enjoy the social district until your bowling time slot.
How do I claim my Tap It Social House $10 Activity Card?
To claim your $10 arcade card, you will need to use your designated Vets Pets “One Arcade Card” ticket at Tap It Social House. Arcade games at Tap It Social House are the only games that will require payment on the arcade card, while others are free to enjoy.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
We will have a variety of food options available, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. If you have specific concerns, please let us know ahead of time so we can make accommodations.
