The Vets Pets Leadership Summit is primarily designed for:

• Practice Managers and Hospital Administrators – To enhance leadership skills, share operational insights, and collaborate on best practices.
• Lead Veterinarians and Practice Partner Veterinarians – To align on patient care standards, mentorship strategies, and medical leadership development.
• Operations Staff and Support Team Members – To ensure consistent support, guidance, and resources across all Vets Pets locations.
• Executive Leadership Team – To share the company’s vision, strategic goals, and celebrate collective achievements.
• Invited Guest Speakers or Industry Experts – To provide specialized leadership training and industry insights.

This invitation-only event is designed to engage current and emerging leaders within the Vets Pets network who play a direct role in shaping the culture, growth, and success of the organization.

The Vets Pets Leadership Summit is an invitation-only event is designed to engage current and emerging leaders within the Vets Pets network who play a direct role in shaping the culture, growth, and success of the organization.

For your convenience, we have secured parking at The Convention Center Underground Deck, located at 1 W Lenoir Street Raleigh, NC 27601.

To park, you will need to download a unique QR code. We will send you the link for easy access.

When you enter the parking deck, scan the code. You can scan the qr toward the bottom of the parking kiosk. When you leave, you will need to scan the code again. If you do not scan the code upon entering the parking deck, the code will not work at the exit and will have to pay the parking fee. 

Note: the QR codes cannot be shared and will only need to downloaded one time; the same code will work for entrance and exit for the duration of our event.

The lunch options are as follows. Each will be served with potato chips, cut fruit salad, and a gourmet chocolate chip cookie. All gluten-free lunches served with Rice Krispies treat. All vegan lunches served with whole fruit.

  • ASIAN RICE NOODLE SALAD | With sesame crusted tofu, kale, carrot-radish slaw, tomato, cucumber, sesame seeds, soy-ginger vinaigrette *GF and V
  • TURKEY ‘WALDORF’ WRAP | Chopped turkey with celery, cranberries, grapes, and walnuts with herb mayo and leaf lettuce on a spinach wrap

If you have dietary restrictions and are attending the Vets Pets Leadership Summit, you can provide your dietary preferences, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, or any specific allergies, when you RSVP.  You can also reach out directly to the event coordinator, Lyndsey Munoz at lyndseymunoz@thevetspets.com in advance to ensure accommodations can be made. We have made provisions to include meals for some dietary restrictions, but would like to know your preferences as well.  The catering team will make every effort to provide suitable meal options for all attendees.
