At Vets Pets, we believe great people know great people. That’s why we’ve created the ReFURal Incentive Program, to reward our team members for helping us find the next outstanding addition to our growing veterinary system. Whether it’s a former coworker, classmate, or someone you trust in the field, if you refer them and they’re hired, you’ll receive a special incentive as our thank you. This program is open to all positions. Every great hire makes a difference.
VETERINARIANS
- ER, Urgent Care, Specialty, or New Partner: $5,000
- General Practice: $1,000
GENERAL PRACTICE VA/VT
- Part-time: $250 / Full-time: $500
SPECIALTY OR ER VA/VT, GROOMER
- Part-time: $500 / Full-time: $1000
RECEPTION, KENNEL TECHNICIANS, TA
- Part-time: $125 / Full-time: $250
How It Works

If your referral is hired, you’ll receive a referral bonus—paid in two parts:
- Half after they start
- The other half after six months
It’s a simple way to help someone land a great job and earn a little extra for yourself.
Please note: Practice Managers and Partner DVMs cannot earn referral bonuses for their own facilities. Current employees also can’t refer themselves or other current team members.
