We believe our people to be our most valuable asset and work to create a positive culture for our employees and clients. Veterinary hospitals can be high-stress and emotional environments. To keep our employees operating as a positive team, we encourage frequent and direct communication to foster healthy working relationships and camaraderie. We actively try to lead by positive example and “manage from the heart.”

We try to keep staff consistent at each location, but find it beneficial to move staff among the practices at times. This can be useful for training, filling in for sick or vacation time and most importantly advancing careers for talented employees. We believe in promoting from within and trying to advance careers. We hold frequent staff meetings at each practice, a monthly meeting with all our practice managers and regional continuing education events for the veterinary community.
